What type of services do you provide?
We specialize in a wide-range of projects that range from small home repair & improvement tasks, to larger projects such as decks, flooring, bathroom or kitchen remodels and more. See our Services page for more information.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
We provide a 1 year workmanship warranty* on any work that we perform.
How long have you been in business?
I started this business in 2016 after 22+ years of working in the construction industry ranging from handyman companies to large scale commercial contractors. See the About Me page for more info on my background.
What is your pricing structure?
We primarily charge based on our current hourly rate* (one hour minimum) for smaller projects. This pricing structure is usually the most cost effective for most jobs that can be performed in 8 hours or less (honey to do lists, ceiling fan installation, TV wall mounts, etc.). We try to provide estimates in advance for any larger jobs expected to exceed 6 hours. We also provide a 5% discount for all military veterans & senior citizens.
Do you provide free estimates?
We will provide an estimate at no cost for any project expected to exceed 4 hours if you require one. Please keep in mind that this may vary due to conditions beyond our control and these instances will be communicated as early as possible before proceeding. Please use our contact form with additional details and/or pictures of what you’re looking to have done and we will gladly provide you with an estimated cost. In most cases we try to provide an estimate in advance for any jobs expected to exceed 6 hours.
What are you accepted payment methods?
We accept cash or checks up to $2000* as well as all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover & AMEX) through our online payment portal.
